How fast is shipping?

Orders (prepayment after funds arrive) placed before 2pm ship the same working day and usually arrive in 1–2 days.

Do I need to be 18+?

Yes. Fireworks of category F2/F3 may only be sold to adults. An age check (carrier identity gate) is required for shipping.

How do I pay?

By crypto (BTC/ETH/LTC), credit card, prepayment via bank transfer or directly with Paysafecard PINs at checkout.

An effect failed – what now?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos or a video (unused remains, label with batch number) via Telegram or email. We arrange replacement.

Am I allowed to light anywhere?

No. Check local rules and permitted firing sites. In Germany F2 items are generally only allowed from Dec 31 – Jan 1, unless approved.

Do you ship abroad?

Currently Germany and Austria. For details ask the Telegram support.
